For running the business, we need the smartphones or computers to set up the management software with the relevant security protocols which would take a long time. So, avoiding this long time process to set up the device, Google has introduced the new way for enterprise customers to the Android devices, this new method is called as Zero-touch enrollment. This new feature would be eliminating the device setup manually, which means this new feature allowed to have the device configure itself.

Now, this new program is now available in the U.S. on the Verizon wireless and this new feature would bring the devices like Huawei Mate 10, Sony Xperia Z1 and Xperia Z1 Compact Soon. It will also join soon in other carriers in U.S like AT&T, T-Mobile, and Sprint carriers. Also, Google is working on getting this new feature with the other handset makers like Huawei, Sony, LG Electronics, HTC, Motorola, Honeywell, and Zebra, and the Samsung company would get this feature which phone would be released with Android 8.0 Oreo OS and above.
From today onwards, Verizon carriers would offer this feature on the Google pixel devices. This new program would also be soon available in the countries like England, Germany, Japan and Australia with their respective mobile carriers. This enrollment would be the preconfigured for the devices which companies can choose a leading enterprise mobility management (EMM) provider like VMware AirWatch, BlackBerry, MobileIron, IBM, SOTI, GSuite, or others. After then, the device policies are applied in the initial setup, before it shipped to the device to the customer.
