Last week we have seen Honor China confirmed the launch of its Honor 7C and as promised it has unveiled its latest offering in the mid-range segment in China today. The Honor 7C will be available in Red, Gold, Blue and Black color variants and is priced at 899 Yuan (approx $142) and 1299 Yuan (approx $205) respectively for the 3GB and 4GB RAM variants. The device will go for pre-orders from 13th March and will be available one in the Chinese market as of now and expected to be moving to other markets in the coming days.
The device will be the successor of the Honor 6C that was launched last year and is also the same device that was spotted on TENNA a few days ago with the model number LND-AL30. Coming to the specifications of this handset, the Honor 7C will sport a 5.99-inch FullView touchscreen display with HD+ (1440 X 720 pixels) resolution. Under the hood, the device has a Snapdragon 450 SoC with eight cores coupled with Adreno 506 GPU and with 3GB or 4GB of RAM.
The smartphone comes in 32GB as well as 64GB storage option which can be further extended with a dedicated microSD card slot. It also supports dual-SIM connectivity along with 4G LTE. On the rear, we can see a 13MP main camera with a 2MP secondary camera while on the front there is an 8MP camera sensor for selfies. It comes out of the box with Android 8.0 Oreo operating system out of the box with EMUI 8.0 on top.
There is a fingerprint sensor on the rear along with Face Unlock feature to enhance the security levels. Nothing about the battery is known for now. Are you going to get this device?
